  HOW TO PARTICIPATE  
Individual Golf Package-
     $85 package includes 18 holes of golf,cart,BBQ lunch, beer
     on course and following($24 Tax Deductible)
     $100 package includes 18 holes of golf, cart, Buffet dinner
     after golf, BBQ lunch, including keg beer ($19 tax deductible)

"I don't golf" package -
$45 per person ($20 tax deductibile)
Includes buffet dinner, keg beer, good times....

"I'm out of town, have to work, etc"-
Donations to the great cause are acceptable
and the full amount is tax deductible.
  Hole Sponsor -
$125 ($75 is tax deductible)
Name/logo on prominent sign at tee of one hole.

Birdie Sponsor -
$250 ($200 tax deductible)
Name/logo on prominent sign at tee of one hole
Name/logo on rules sheets in all golf carts
Name/logo on all Mulligans
Sign at BBQ lunch and dinner (Provided by Sponsor)
  Format:
Tee times will be posted on the website and/or distrubuted via email.
Awards for each member of the three low scoring teams, NO Handicaps
Long drive and closest to the pin also win
Dinner will be held rain or shine.  Rain checks will be issues for golf if necessary.  Sorry, No Refunds...
Drawing winners must be present
Soft spikes and proper attire required
 
Phil worked at Positive Education Programs’ (PEP) Greenview Day Treatment Center. He cared deeply about the kids and the organization. Proceeds will support the Therapeutic Music & Arts at Positive Education Program!!
